Finding Sacagawea: A National Symposium on an American Phenomenon

Amy Mossett and Clay S. Jenkinson, along with Stephenie Ambrose Tubbs, Gerard Baker, David Nicandri, Alyce Spotted Bear, Donna J. Barbie, Susan Colby, Jack Gladstone, and others, present and reflect on the legend we know of as Sacagawea. Scholarly symposia held at the Heritage Center and additional activities held throughout the community at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park, Knife River Indian Villages, and Fort Mandan.
