ABCs of Servant Leadership. Guest speaker Tracy Finneman and students from St. Mary's Grade School share how they incorporate seven habits to display compassionate leadership in everyday life. Finneman is the marketing manager at the North Dakota Department of Commerce and one of the family members who operates Papa's Pumpkin Patch and Papa's Polar Patch. She works with the St. Mary's students on the school's leadership training.
